TrainingQue.com is an online learning platform owned and operated by World Careers Incorporated.
Effective date: October 24, 2026 | Website: https://www.trainingque.com
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Training Que website, learner accounts, courses, digital resources, assessments, certificates, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). Please read them before registering, purchasing, or using the Services.
“TrainingQue.com,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean World Careers Incorporated, the legal entity operating trainingque.com. “You” means the individual using the Services or, where applicable, the organization purchasing access for learners.
By creating an account, checking an acceptance box, purchasing a course, or otherwise using the Services after being presented with these Terms, you agree to them. If you act for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Additional course-specific conditions disclosed before purchase apply to that course; where they conflict with these Terms, the more specific conditions govern that course.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase Services independently. Minors may participate only where a course permits it and a parent or legal guardian provides legally required consent and assumes responsibility for the minor’s use.
Provide accurate registration and enrollment information, maintain its accuracy, protect account credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to info@trainingque.com. Accounts are personal unless an organizational plan expressly allows managed learner access. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law; we may require identity or enrollment verification where reasonably necessary.
TrainingQue.com offers online learning in areas that may include healthcare, occupational health and safety, business, technology, communication, and professional development. A course description or checkout page identifies its specific content, language, format, prerequisites, access period, assessment requirements, and any included completion document.
Course catalogs, instructors, learning materials, and delivery methods may change. Material changes to a purchased course will be communicated when practicable, and any remedy will be determined under applicable law and the disclosed purchase terms. Internet connectivity, a compatible device, and any stated software or materials are your responsibility.
Prices and applicable taxes or fees are displayed at checkout before an order is submitted. By purchasing, you authorize the disclosed one-time or recurring charge using the selected payment method. We may use third-party payment processors; payment details may be handled under their terms and privacy notices.
Enrollment is subject to successful payment, applicable eligibility requirements, and availability. A purchase confirmation is not a representation of licensure, accreditation, or professional eligibility. Promotional offers are subject to their published conditions and may not be combined unless expressly stated. For a recurring product, renewal frequency, price, cancellation method, and any trial conversion must be clearly disclosed and affirmatively accepted before billing.
Any course-specific cancellation or refund terms must be displayed or linked before purchase and form part of the transaction. Unless those terms or applicable law provide otherwise, digital course access is not automatically refundable solely because a learner changes their mind. Nothing here excludes a mandatory statutory refund, withdrawal, or consumer remedy.
To request cancellation or a refund, email info@trainingque.com with the order reference, course name, and reason. We will assess the request against the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law. Contact us first about a billing concern; this does not restrict your right to dispute a charge with your payment provider or exercise other legal rights.
Upon valid enrollment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access purchased course materials for your own educational use during the disclosed access period. No ownership in any course content or platform technology transfers to you.
Unless expressly permitted in writing or by a course license, you may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly display, record, scrape, bulk-download, reproduce, translate, or create commercial derivatives of the materials. Reasonable personal notes and downloads explicitly enabled by the platform are permitted for your individual study, subject to any stated third-party rights.
You must complete assessments honestly and comply with course instructions. Impersonation, credential sharing, purchased answers, unauthorized collaboration, plagiarism, falsified attendance or results, and manipulation of completion records are prohibited. We may investigate suspected misconduct and, after a proportionate review, invalidate affected results, withhold or revoke a certificate, restrict access, or close an account.
You may not introduce malware, interfere with platform security, attempt unauthorized access, evade access controls, collect other users’ personal information without authority, or use the Services unlawfully or to harass others.
Certificates, badges, or other completion records are issued only when the requirements stated for the particular course have been satisfied. We may verify learner identity, participation, assessment outcomes, and payment status before issuance and may correct administrative errors.
Unless expressly identified in the relevant course listing with verifiable supporting details, a Training Que completion certificate is not a government license, professional certification, academic degree, continuing-education credit, or endorsement by an employer, regulator, accreditor, OSHA, a healthcare licensing board, or another third party. You are responsible for confirming whether training meets the rules of your employer, regulator, profession, or jurisdiction before enrolling.
Health, safety, cybersecurity, financial, and compliance-oriented courses are educational resources, not individualized legal, medical, financial, security, or occupational advice. They do not replace employer-specific training, supervised practical instruction, required examinations, current laws or standards, or professional judgment.
Regulatory requirements vary by location, role, and time. Learners and sponsoring employers remain responsible for verifying current requirements and implementing appropriate workplace or professional procedures. Do not rely on course material as the sole basis for a safety-critical or patient-care decision.
The Services, including original course text, videos, designs, software, graphics, assessments, trademarks, and compilation, are owned by Training Que or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.
You may not use Training Que names, logos, or course certificates in a manner that implies accreditation, sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement beyond what is expressly authorized. Claims of copyright infringement may be submitted to info@trainingque.com with identification of the work, the allegedly infringing material, contact details, and the information required by applicable law.
If the Services permit comments, reviews, assignments, or other submissions, you retain ownership of your original content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, support, secure, and improve the Services and to meet legal obligations. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for lawful retention, backups, and previously authorized uses.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content and that it does not infringe others’ rights, disclose confidential information without authority, or violate law. We may remove content that breaches these Terms. Suggestions or feedback about the platform may be used without compensation, but we will not publicly attribute them to you without permission.
Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy published on the website and applicable data protection law. Where required, separate notices and choices govern cookies, marketing, and sensitive information. Do not upload patient records, protected health information, financial account details, or other sensitive third-party data unless we expressly authorize that use and appropriate safeguards are in place.
You consent to transactional communications necessary for enrollment, billing, course delivery, account security, and policy notices. Promotional emails are subject to applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements. Electronic records and notices may be used to the extent permitted by law.
The Services may integrate payment processors, video hosting, learning tools, and links to external websites. Third parties control their own services and may impose separate terms. We are not responsible for their independent content or practices, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded. A link does not imply endorsement.
We aim to maintain reasonable availability but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, security events, connectivity failures, or circumstances outside our control may cause disruption. We may make reasonable technical or instructional updates and will use commercially reasonable efforts to avoid materially diminishing paid course benefits.
For access problems, course records, or support requests, contact info@trainingque.com or (850) 320-6044. Support availability and response times are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a separate service agreement.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for suspected fraud, nonpayment, serious academic misconduct, security threats, unlawful activity, or material breach of these Terms. When appropriate and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account closure by contacting us.
Termination does not eliminate accrued payment obligations, lawful refund rights, or provisions that by their nature should survive, including intellectual property, dispute resolution, liability limitations, and record-retention obligations.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE EXTENT SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE LEGALLY PERMITTED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE EXAM PASSAGE, EMPLOYMENT, PROMOTION, INCOME, LICENSURE, REGULATORY ACCEPTANCE, OR ANY PARTICULAR LEARNING OUTCOME.
Nothing in these Terms limits warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAINING QUE AND ITS PERSONNEL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM RELATING TO A PAID COURSE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT COURSE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW, INCLUDING, WHERE APPLICABLE, FRAUD, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, PERSONAL INJURY, OR NON-WAIVABLE STATUTORY RIGHTS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN EXCLUSIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
To the extent permitted by law, business users and users acting in a commercial capacity agree to defend and indemnify Training Que against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising from their unlawful use of the Services, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our own wrongful conduct. This clause does not apply to individual consumers where prohibited by consumer-protection law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence require otherwise. Before commencing formal proceedings, either party may send a written description of the dispute to info@trainingque.com and allow 30 days for a good-faith attempt at resolution; this does not prevent urgent court relief or the exercise of non-waivable rights.
Subject to applicable law and mandatory jurisdiction rules, disputes may be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction located in Leon County, Florida. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive the right to participate in a class action.
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, security, operational, or service changes. The revised version will show its effective date. Where changes materially affect existing paid access or legal rights, we will provide reasonable advance notice when required by law. Changes will not retroactively remove rights already accrued. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance only where legally valid; otherwise we will seek any required affirmative consent.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your account or rights without our written consent; we may transfer these Terms in connection with a legitimate business reorganization or sale, subject to applicable law and preservation of your rights. These Terms, together with applicable course-specific terms and incorporated policies, constitute the agreement concerning the Services.
