Cancellation & Refund Policy

 (the “Site”) or through our official sales channels.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains how TrainingQue (“TrainingQue”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, and returns for our products and services.

 

This Policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights in your country or state (e.g., statutory warranties, withdrawal rights). Where local law grants you greater protections, those prevail.

Course / Program: A self-paced or instructor-led learning experience delivered online or in person.

 

Cohort / Bootcamp: Time-bound, instructor-led programs with fixed start/end dates.

 

Event / Workshop: A scheduled one-off session (virtual or on-site).

 

Subscription: Recurring access (e.g., content library, community, office hours) billed monthly/annually.

 

Digital Content: Downloadable or streaming materials (videos, e-books, templates, assessments, recordings).

 

Physical Materials: Printed books, kits, or merchandise shipped to you.

 

Third-Party Marketplace: A platform not operated by TrainingQue (e.g., a reseller or app store).

Refunds are returned to the original payment method only. If that’s not possible, store credit may be offered.

 

Unless stated otherwise, non-refundable items include: completed services, issued certificates, redeemed 1:1 coaching, exam vouchers purchased/allocated, and fully consumed subscription periods.

 

Processing time: Approved refunds typically post within 5–10 business days after we issue them; bank/card timelines may vary.

 

Proof of purchase (order ID, email, last 4 digits of card) is required.

 

Chargebacks: Please contact us first—we can usually resolve issues faster. Unfounded chargebacks may result in account suspension.

 

Abuse prevention: We may deny refunds for suspected policy abuse (e.g., extensive content consumption followed by a refund request).

  1. A) Self-paced online courses (on-demand)

 

Standard refund window: Request within 7 days of purchase and with less than 20% of course content viewed/downloaded.

 

After 7 days or >20% consumed: Not eligible for refund.

 

Bundles: If purchased as part of a bundle, partial refunds are prorated and only if the remaining items are still eligible.

 

  1. B) Live online classes, cohorts & bootcamps

 

Cancel ≥7 days before start: 100% refund or free reschedule to a later cohort (subject to availability).

 

Cancel 2–6 days before start: 50% refund or one-time reschedule (fee may apply).

 

Cancel <48 hours before start or no-show: Non-refundable; we’ll try to provide materials/recordings if available.

 

Withdrawals after program start: Prorated refunds are not offered unless required by law; see Hardship policy below.

 

  1. C) One-off workshops & events (virtual or on-site)

 

Cancel ≥72 hours before start: 100% refund or free reschedule once.

 

Cancel <72 hours or no-show: Non-refundable.

 

  1. D) Coaching/mentoring sessions

 

Reschedule ≥24 hours before slot: Free.

 

Late reschedule (<24 hours) or no-show: Session is forfeited and non-refundable.

 

  1. E) Subscriptions & memberships (recurring)

 

Auto-renewal: Renews at the end of each term unless canceled.

 

Cancel anytime: Access continues through the paid term; no partial/prorated refunds for unused time.

 

Intro/promotional periods: Refunds follow the standard rules above unless a promo explicitly states a different guarantee.

 

  1. F) Digital content (downloads/streaming)

 

Non-returnable once accessed or downloaded, except where required by law. If files are corrupted/inaccessible, we’ll replace or refund at our discretion.

 

License keys or exam vouchers: Non-refundable once issued/redeemed.

 

  1. G) Physical materials & merchandise

 

Return window: 30 days from delivery in new/unused condition with original packaging and tags.

 

Return shipping: Customer is responsible unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

 

Restocking fee: [0–15%] may apply for opened or non-resalable items.

 

Exclusions: Personalized items, perishable goods, and clearance items are final sale unless defective.

 

  1. H) Please note: Certain restrictions may apply and some purchases may only be eligible for refunds in the form of credits.

We may reschedule or cancel an offering due to low enrollment, instructor illness, platform outages, venue issues, or other operational reasons.

 

Your options: Full refund, credit, or seat in the next available session.

 

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, wars, epidemics, major outages).

If you experience a medical emergency, bereavement, or similar hardship, contact us within 14 days with reasonable documentation. We’ll work in good faith on a make-good (reschedule, partial credit, or exception) consistent with applicable law and platform integrity.

 

For accessibility needs (assistive tech, captions, alternative formats), email [accessibility@trainingque.com] before purchase or promptly after; we’ll confirm feasible accommodations or provide options.

Email info@trainingque.com from your purchase email with subject “Refund Request – [Order #]”.

 

Include: full name, order ID, product name, purchase date, reason, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, error logs, defect photos).

 

For returns of physical items, we’ll send RMA instructions and the return address.

 

Once items are received/verified (if applicable), we’ll confirm approval or denial and process the refund within the timelines above.

Prices may change at any time; honored at time of purchase.

 

Taxes/withholding may be added based on your location and applicable laws.

 

Currency conversions and foreign transaction fees are set by your bank or payment provider.

Promo codes are valid only for stated terms and are not exchangeable for cash.

 

Scholarships/financial aid reduce the payable amount but don’t change eligibility rules unless expressly stated.

 

Store credit (if issued) typically expires [12 months] from issuance unless prohibited by law.

If you bought through a third-party marketplace or corporate reseller, their refund and cancellation rules may apply. Please contact that seller directly for support; we’ll assist where we can.

EEA/UK: You may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. This may not apply once digital content is delivered/streamed after you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge loss of withdrawal rights.

 

Australia & New Zealand: You may have statutory consumer guarantees for goods/services that cannot be excluded; remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund.

 

Quebec & certain U.S. states: Some jurisdictions require specific disclosures or offer cooling-off periods for certain sales.

If local law grants you additional or different rights, those supplement this Policy.
